It is understood that .Koumunia at the impending oil conference, will deliver an ultimatum to the British, Dutch and American producers, that unless the American supply is regulated, Roumama will withdraw from the conference.

There is a reduction in petrol prices. It is the result or overproduction in the United States, combined with the fall ol the value of the dollar. The reduction indicates that the laboriously contrived structures for price maintenance established by the AngloDutch, American and Rumanian producers has collapsed.
