CAPETOWN, May 17
A feature of the general election is the steady stream of women voters exercising the franchise for the first tune. Mr Roos, stated if he is defeated lie would jnot re-enter politics. He would know he was not wanted. .There were 78 members returned unopposed, and 12 seats are being contested.
