display of 180 lambs entered in the New Zealand Meat Board’s South Island district (competition. Southland won the ch llenge shield. South Canterbury being second, East Southland third, -and North Canterbury fourth. Mr W. Kennedy (Otautau) won the fire prize for the best three pens. FCharles (South Canterbury) was s°eond and J. Grant (Otautau) third.
