FIFTH BANKRUPTCY
CASE OF ROBERT SIEVIER
DISCHARGE SUSPENDED.
LONDON, March 27.
The registrar of the Bankruptcy Court to-day suspended for five- years the discharge of Robert Sievier from bankruptcy. In soloing he described him as an incorrigible spendthrift. Sievier is the well-known follower of the turf who owned the' famous filly ,Sceptre, which won four or five races in England in one season. The official receiver opposed Sieviers application for discharge' on the grounds of unjustifiable extravagance in living and also four previous bankruptcies. The total liabilities under the five bankruptcies are £215,940. The debtor disputed the charge of extravagance.
