FOUR POWER PACT
FRANCE’S DECISION
THE PRINCIPLE ACCEPTED

PARIS, April 5
The- French Government accepts the principle of the Four Tower Fi.ict. It favours opening 'negotiations with the Governments concerned in order to define the methods -of collaboration. No special references will be made to disarmament, nor to treaty revision.

The Roumanian Foreign Minister, M. Tituleseu, has arrived iat London to imorc.cs on Mr MacDonald and iSii J. Simon the views of the Little Entente Powers regarding the Four Power Plan.
Poland has similarly to the Little Entente declared against the M>acDon-ald-Mussolini scheme
