N.Z. AERO CLUBS
133 PILOTS- TRAINED LAST: YEAR WELLINGTON, ' April 3.
New pilots’ licenses, numbering 133, ivere issued by the Civil Aviation Branch of the Defence- Department dic ing the year ending March 31. Of these aero clubs trained 123, against 116 pilots in the previous 12 months. For the second year in succession the Wellington Aero Club headed the list of number of pilots trained. The returns arc, the figures for last year being given for proposes of comparison :
