Free: State revenue totals £36,539,000 for the year, compared with £27,838,000 last year. This amount includes' land annuities, paid under the Land Purchases Act, totalling £2,968,000, compared With none last year, and also “Exchequer deals” totalling £4,500,000, compared with £1.000,000- "'yst year. Customs receipts reached £9,331,009 compared With £8,2-57,0^0. 'last' year, and the expenditure totals "£36-,916,C00-compared with £27,939,000.
