BOAT CAPSIZES IN HARBOUR

AUCKLAND, March 27
Harry■ :Stowell, aged 43, -a married man, was drowned yesterday in Manuka.ii Harbour, when the boat hi which were lie and three others capsized. His companions were nearly exhausted when picked up.
