(United Press J jeociation—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.)
(Received this day at 8.50 a.m.) BERLIN, March 23.
Denouncing the “devilish doctrine of Communism as exemplified by the burning of the Reichstag,” Herr Hitle: addressing a crowded Reichstag, declared that attempts to identify Nazis, with the act would strengthen the determination to leave nothing undone to have the crime expiated soon by the public prosecution of the incendiarisi and his accomplices. The extirpation of Communism in Germany was an internal affair. The Government would not tolerate outside interference. The restoration of the Monarchy was not; subject for discussion at present. Any attempt by the States to solve the problem individually would be regarded as an attack on the unity of the Reich. All religions would he treated with justice, but membership of a certain religion and certain race, would not confer exemption from the obligation to obey the law, Governmen intended to avoid currency expol-imsnts.
