The Australian Broadcasting Commisson is reported to be looking overseas .for a new general manager to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Mr 11. P, Williams recently. In tlio meantime, it lias appointed two ;-,(,ne managers. One, Mr T. Bearup, is to control the broadcasting in VicL'ria, South Australia and Western Australia and Tasmania. The other, ilr 11. Maimer, is to control New South Wales and Queensland.
