. BILLS DISCUSSED TO-DAY. ' WELLINGTON, March 9. The House of Representatives met at 10 a.m. The Waitangi Endowment Bill, and Other Lands Disposal Bill were put through the committee without amendment, The committee stage of the Education Amendment Bill is in progress.
