France defeated the Australians, Dunlop and Purcell, at Miramar to-day by two matches . tq, The , conditions made consistently good play impossible. Dunlop was right off form against Malfroy, who gave him no chance to dominate the play from the net. .Purcell’s well produced*.strokes and service were impressive.
