WIN AND PLACE AT WESTPORT. (Per Press Association — Copyright.) WESTPORT, March 1. The local Jockey Club at a meeting held last evening decided to instal a win and place totalisator at the Paterson Park racecourse for the meeting to be held on. April 8 and 10. The straight-out tote.will also operate. Two dividends will ,be paid m races where five or more hordes start, and in the case of eight or more starters three dividends will be, paid. .
