INO. FEDERATION TO BE FORMED {Pt Press Association — Copyright.) WELLINGTON, March. 1. The Conference, the federation of societies lor the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is sitting to-day. The only metropolitan centre' represented is Wellington, but Mr G. Matched, who presided, said that he did not despair of having the other three linked up. eventually. It was decided to form an incorporated federation, with the annual levy not to he leas than £1 and not mere thaw £5, and the amount to be fixed annually, or biennally by the federation conference for the coming year.
