He'declared that, in the cO-Operatiop of Britain with the United States, lay thf. only secular hope of the.world. The American people as a whole failed to rjed the, tyruth that while American politicians and the press failed to do their duty, America needed a,n educational mission. Therein lay the great opportunity /for 'Rotary with on e hundred and fifty thousand members and over two thousand clubs. Half o,f them were in America.
