Ernest George Smiley, and Charles Henry Bourne, ..breaking and entering, and theft from a dwelling, three years’ reformative each. William Fredrick Lealiy, negligently driving ear at Karioi'i causing death, nine months’. Alexander Lewis Milne, indecent acts j : n ep.u'nfecfcio.i wish (xvj o’.iil.lr|pU), - seven vein's’ hard.
Mr Justice Ostler said that "this was one of the’ worst cases that has ever come to his knowledge on the bench or the bar.
