LONDON, February 21. • i ~' General Higgins, of the Salvation Army, has refused to grant official approval of “The Life of General Bramwell Booth,” written by his daughter, Commissioner Catherine Booth. ' It is to be published in May. It will not be on sale in the Salvation Army bookshops. ' /

Though the Salvationists are- not actually forbidden to read the book, General Higgins disapproves . of the reference to the passage of the Salvation Army Bill through Parliament.
