HAVANA, February 21
Advices from Santa Clara on Tuesday night said that it ,w% alleged that rebels there, taking advantage of th e absence of the. greater part of the tactical unit in Santa Clara,, attacked its headquarters, and, meeting with but slight resistance from th e sparse defenders who had Been left, carried away all of the anna and ammunition. There are numerous cane fires reported throughout the Santa Clara province.
