(Ur'ted Press Association —By Eleetrh

Telegraph—Copyright.)

LONDON, February 21

In the House of Commons, Mr Thomas, answering a question, said the total emigrants in 1913 to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South Africa and Newfoundland was 272,804. The average for the ten years 1920-30 was 105,029. The totals for the firs* nine months of 1932 was only 8726. These figures clearly demonstrated what a tremendous influence on our unemployment figures the prosperity of the Dominions might mean.
