Sergeant Adams, who was ti e victim of an attack by a tigress, whm tiger hunting, is dead. It now appears that Adams shot the tigress with 1 is own revolver, ainl that the elephant afterwards trampled'the tigress to death. Three cubs were found in the nearby lair of the tigress. They were presented to the Calcutta. Zoo.
