CROAIB’S AGREEMENT CANCELLED

In an official statement, tin, New Zealand Cricket Council says the team to play A1.C.0. will be selected at the P nd of February. The cost of the tour will be- substantial and is a first charge on the proceeds - of matches, apart from the minimum amount guaranteed by 'New Zealand.
I. B. Cromb hais applied fo the New ■Zealand Cricket Council to be released from his agreement, not to accept an engagement fn England. The term of the agreement expires in November and as Cromb is .returning to New Zealand in. October, and will he available next season, the application has been granted
