SCOTTISH MOVEMENT GROWING. ■(Per British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Feb. 14. Air MacDonald, in the TTbusc of Commons, .refused the request ol the Scottish Convention for a Royal Conimission to inquire-.into Scottish Home Rule. He was not satisfied, bo said, there was any general desire to appoint such Commission.
Air McGovern inquired: “Has the Prime Al blister failed to note that of the candidates for the East Fife byelection are pledged to Home Rule for Scotland?” Air AlaiDonakl gave no reply.
