GENERAL STRIKE
MEXICAN TELEGRAPHISTS.
MEXICO CITY, Feb. 14.
The national telegraph employees here ceased work on Tuesday afternoon, thus tieing up the Government telegraph and radio systems.
It i s reported the telegraph workers throughout Mexico are engaged in a. strike against the proposed combina-' tion of the telegraph and postal systems, the telegraphers assert would eliminate many employees.
