WINNIPEG, Feb. 13
Captain Charles Brown was dismissed from the Lord Strathcona Horse, a court-martial declaring his attack on the wife of Captain H. It. Itebbitt, in a private room during the corps annual Halloween ball, to be scandalous. Captain Rebbitt, who awakened Brown at his home early on the morning ,a f ter the ball, firing a . shot at him, was reprimanded.
