LONDON, Peh. 13. “The Times” Cairo corrsepondent says “A sergeant, a constable and three civilians were injured in a conflict at Bassaniem in the province of Dakhlieh.
“As the result of the authorities ordering the closure of a mill owned by Tolba Baker, a leading villager, for an infringement of regulations, the police enforcing the closure encountered the entire population, who feared unemployment. “Four hundred police are now besieging the village.”
