POLITICIANS REACH AGREEMENT

PARIS, Feb. 13
The latest news indicates that the Radical Socialists have come to terms with the Government upon the matter of the income tax, which the Radicals have hitherto opposed. They have agreed that the super-tax be confined to salaries, starting at two per cent on yhe salaries of twenty thousand francs and ranging to ten per cent.
