FLU EPIDEMIC IN ENGLAND. 'United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, January 27. The influenza is still„ spreading in Britain. Last week’s deaths numbered 1539. Many other European countries are experiencing the epidemic, but none so seriously as Britain, whicn had 1041 deaUv, in the week ending January 14, out of a world-wide total of three thousand. It is now estimated that from *-en to fifteen per cent, of the whole adult population is down with an .attack.
