The authorities are not satisfied with the excuses offered by four Soviet whalers for entering a prohibited port at Bonin Islands. The vessels "were brought to Yokohama under naval escort. Besides the crew there are several eiuspiciods persons aboard. Tin y will lie examined by the metropolitan police.
