The customs authorities have been set a. problem over a. fish cargo brought from. New Zealand waters by the trawler, AI lie Cam, tho vessel, owned in Australia, which called at. Manakau to land a man for medical treatment. Having thus touched New Zealand, the point is whether the- fish in her holds, largely of New Zealand varieties, if brought here by trading vessels, will be subject to the ten per cent primage duty, Customs officers hoarded the Cam) and sent a report to Canberra, hut the .general opinion is that the duty will not be imposed.
