A bathing fatality occurred in tlie Waihou River, near Eastport Road, yesterday. George Harry Hove, who was employed in the single men s camp, was bathing with others, and, when diving, hit'hits head on an obstruction, breaking bis neck. Death was instantaneous. Hove’s relatives reside at Waihi.
