The weather is gloriously fine for the visit of the Southern Cross, which is arriving at 2.30. Sir Charles Kingsford Smith will be welcomed by tlio mayor, presidents of the R.S.A. and Aero Clubs. There is a large crowd in the town, which is mostly making a holiday for the occasion Flights will ho from Wajkanac Beach, iwhich gives a longer runnuwav than ■ the aerodrome.
