Tariff negotiations with representatives of Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Iceland have .been jn progress for some time and 'at the conclusion of these, similar negotiations will begin with the. Baltic States, and Poland. Representatives of the Latvian Government arrived at London to-day for preliminary discussions, in advance of .commercial negotiations, and a delegation from-Finland are due at arrive before the end of the month. Other countries which have expressed a desire to negotiate With the British Government include the Argentine, whose delegation are now on the way to England, Belgium, Columbia, Costa Rica, France, Germany, the Santo Domingo, Switzerland and Uruguay.
