OBSTRUCTIONISTS EXPELLED. (Umted Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) MOSCOW, January 14. In pursuance of an intention, to purge the Five Ye,nr Plan of those who are half-hearted, th e central committee of the Soviet have expelled the Food Minister, iM. Eiemont, and ExMinister, M. Tolmuchoff, for obstructing the Plan and coqu e tting with rich peasants. The Committee have also publicly censured the Postal Minister, M. Rykoff, owing to the spread of doubts in the Red Army.
■Hordes of speakers have been let loose to tell the soldiers that the idan is succeeding, despite the obstructing.
