NAPIER DROWNING
AN INQUIRY TO BE MADE. (Pt Press Association — Copyright.) WELLINGTON, December 30. The Minister of. Marine (the Hon. J. D. Cobbe),. has authorised an inquiry before a magistrate and two assessors yet to be appointed, Into the Napier harbour ~di.sa.ster. The inquiry will lie conducted under the Shipping and Seaman Act.
