PROSPECTS POOR
COMMONWEALTH CONVERSIONS. f Australian Press Association ) •’ CANBERRA, December 28. The “Sydney Sun” representative here says: An announcement of Mr Stanley Bruce’s future political intentions is expected shortly. The correspondent adds: “There is good ground for the belief that he is becoming restless, and, as the prospects of future loan conversion® are very remote, there is little to engage his attention as Commonwealth resident minister in London. Private advices indicate that he may remain for the World Economic Conference, or more likely, he may make up his mind to return to Australia and reenter the political arena.”
