ROBBERY AT STORE
GOODS AND CASH TAKEN

The grocery and drapery store of Mr !R. nomas, in King i.stiyet, Hikurangi, was broken into and goods and cash to thg. value of about £IOO were stolen. Entrance was gamed by .forging the lock in the back door of the,gro c e r y c ]e. partment. Quantities of goods from both departments were taken. The amount of cash stolen is not yet known. Th e adjoining chop of Mr M. B. Ansell, tobacconist, showed distinct marks of an .endeavour having been made to force the front door.
