RELIEF MEASURES IN GERMANY. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright; BERLIN, December 25. Herr Gereke, the Federal Commissioner of Employment in the new Cabinet, which is a new post created by General von Schleicher,, in the course of a broadcast address, announced to Germany’s five and a half millions of unemployed that it was the Government’s intention to grant credits of twenty-five millions • to municipalities in order to enable public works to be undertaken. The Reichs Bank is financing the scheme.
