BERLIN, December 19
Herr Hitler speaking at Magdeberg, said that lie would he unwilling .to participate in any Government while there exists the possibility of tho Nf, .i;, being squeezed out again. “When we go to Berlin we must never quit,” lie said. In the meanwhile, Socialists, Hitlerites and Communists arc making a united effort to call thc Reichstag together in order to overrule the Federal Council if it vetoes a hill which provides for tho releasing of fifteen thousand political prisoners before Christmas. The question is whether the Nazi speaker will summon the Reichstag for the session before Christmas, and thus create an open rupture between General von Schleicher, the Chancellor and the majority of the Reichstag.
