CAPETOWN TO LONDON FLIGHT. (United Press Association—By Electric Teiegrapii—Copyright.)(Received 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, December 18. Amy (Mrs Mollison) landed at Croydon at 12.5 o’clock. BAD WEATHER ENCOUNTERED. TO FRANCE IN RECORD TIME.

PARIS. DeeembcrlS. Amy Johnson encountered bad weather alter leaving Oran whither she returned. She restarted at sunrise blit when whe-flew north she was delayed by head winds and had visibility. During the day the oil filter was continually troublesome. She. tried hard to reach Croydon, hut when above Beauvois, ran into a fogbank and as night was at hand, decided to land at le Bourget which was found only with difficulty.
Mrs Mollison arrived exhausted, but was warmly welcomed. .She hies to Croydon to-day, having established a C'apetown-le Bourget record, and can still beat the Duchess of Bedford’s and Barnard’s record from the Cape to Croydon. , , . ..
