LARGE CARGOES
N.Z. PRODUCE FOR BRITAIN. AUCKLAND, December 13. Large shipments of produce will be made from the Dominion on vessels which will complete their final loading,, at Auckland and are scheduled to soil this Week. ' The cargoes will consist principally of the staple products of New Zealand, butter, cheese, wool and frozen meat.
The vessels have all oomph led loading operatiolns at Southern ports, ami, with the cargo taken at Auckland, they will soil as “full ships.” The first of this season bs wool, bought at the recent Auckland sale, will occupy a considerable, portion of the Auckland consignments, and it is anticipated the total will be between 10,000 and 20,000 bales-. In addition, large cargoes of frozen meat -loaded at various Dominion ports will be carried.
The consignment's of dairy produce are exc-iotioiially heavy, and a -total of 236,000 boxes of butter ami 70,400 <-ratos of ••cheese will go overseas bv the Karamen, Mat-area and Port Fremantle. The Tivsimurix will not carry a dairy produce ' cargo. Of the amounts, 160,100 boxes of Inutter and 13,768 crates of cheese will be leaded at Auckland. The individual dn.irv produce eirgceis, with the Auckland figures iu parentheses, are as fellows : - Kani-mea. 101.000 (82.000) boxes of butter and 26.500 (70°O) ©rates of cjieese; Mat-aroa, 100.000 (78.100) boxes; of butter and 21,300 (8768) crates, ef ebce.se; Pert Fremantle, 35,05) ■ (—) boxes of butter and 22,600 ( —) crates of cheese.
