William ScliluTer, who escaped from Mount Eden, 0 n April 29 and was recaptured near Hunterville, posing as a fisherman, appeared before Mr Page, S.M., charged with being an incorrigible rogue in that,3l§,, Reaped from place of legal confinement. He was remanded for a week.
