A Jerusalem newspaper report states that a mob surrouiideil the , AngloPersian oil company’s .ofliceis at Abadan 'threatening the staff,,n.iid necessitating troops being called out for their protection. It also ..states that the oil wells at Masjnd Sulci mann which is the company’s main source of supply were invaded and damaged after the workers had gone home. The company’s London offices have no confirmation of the disturbances.
