CANBERRA, December 7

The Prime Minister, Mr J. A. Lyons to-day announced the result of t|b fl Commonwealth 3if per cent eight million internal loan, which closed on Monday. The total amount subscribed was £5,086,000 by 4151 applicants. As the loan was, underwritten by the Commonwealth and the trading banks, the balance will be subscribed by them.
