Last month’s gold returns of the Alexander Mines were as follows: Cattery Department: 455 tons of ore crushed for 3?0 ounces lldwts of melted gold; cyanide department. 330 -tons of sand treated for lloqs 15dwts, of bullion; total estimated value: £1845 (exclusive of premium on sale of gold abroad and premium on exchange.)
