ANNUAL SYDNEY DISPLAY.
{Australian Press Association.)
SYDNEY, November 30.
Fired by the success of the floral pageant -in connection wjth the <?pen» ing of the harbour bridge in March, the organisers thereof have decided to make an annual effort, on similar lines associated with the gala week in the Easter holiday season. New Zealand will be directly interested in a floral float, depicting a historic Maori canoe, with a party of paddlers in full war-kit. The Government Trade Commissioner (Mr Schmidt) and several ex-New Zealanders, will form a committee for preparing this item, which is expected to furnish a unique feature of the programme.
