NAPIER MAN BUYS SYDNEY BUILDING.

SYDNEY, November 30.

A four storey building with basement in King Street, Sydney, formerly occupied by the “Truth’' newpaper, was sold in the vicinity of £IOO,OOO to Mr William McCabe, of Napier, New Zealand.

The property is almost opposite the original “Daily Telegraph" building, which, it is understood was recently sold to the same buyer.
