GERMAN CABINET
TRUCE ATMET) AT CONSULTATIONS CONTINUED. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, November 29. “The Times’ ’’ Berlin correspondent says: General von 'Schleicher, of the late Cabinet, is continuing his consultations, which are aiming at. a truce, Jhereby,,,enabling the Heichstag to carry the country over the dangerous winter months, paying special attention to the professional, economic and social interests, and to the trade union circles. He also has conferred with thf* employers’ associations.
It is believed that if General von Schleicher forms a Presidial Government, it will not include Party .politicians but will comprise representatives of the employers and of the trade unions.
Although the_ so-called free unions are connected with the Socialists, it is. unukely that they will be associated with the proposed “Social Concentration” Cabinet, the 5 success of which is 'at present cTowbted, If once a Cabinet fails, it is understood thnt the only alternative would be the re-appointment of Captain von Papen aa Chancellor and a slightly reconstructed "Fighting Cabinet,” with far reaching dictatorial powers. -Captain !von jPapen .is conducting separate negotiations in this connection.
