A large detail of police on Thursday dispersed a throng of spectator s iu front of White House, apparently waiting for the reported approach of a delegation 0 f hunger marchers. Three hunger marchers who attempted to enter. White House grounds in an automobile were removed from the ear by a squad of police, and placed under arrest.
