WRESTLING.
LARASICK BEATS DEMETRAL.
GREYMOUTH, November 18. Although there were, at times, exciting incidents, the. professional wrestling contest between Hany Demetral, of Greece, and Al Ivarasick, ot Russia, at. the Town Hall last evening, was rather a dull affair, and in fact, disappointing, being considerably overdosed with -showmanship. Karaeick won by two falls to one, the bout finishing in (the s'xth round of a scheduled eight round contest. There was a large attendance. The- main attraction was preceded by f° ur ama " teur contests, which proved very, interesting. . Demetral gained the -fi r st fall m the fourth round with a head scissors an arm bar, while Karasick evened up m the fifth round, with a body press an arm bar, Demetral appearing to offer little resistance. The deciding fall was gained by Karasick m the sixth round when he cleverly worked round to pill a boston crab on Demetral, who submitted quickly to the, 'hold.
