* INFECTIOUS ‘DISEASES. WELLINGTON, November 16. A decrease of 935 in the notifications of infectious diseases in New Zealand for the nine months ended September ‘iCth compared with the corresponding period of last year, was announced by the Minister for Health (the Hon. J. A. •Young) in an interview this evening.
